What's up with you people?? Beast 2 has the lowest rating?
That's the best game in the series beyond any doubt.. the controls, gameplay, graphics, music.. everything is better in this one than the first one (the third one has better controls but it doesn't feel like a Beast game to me). |

The music on the first one was amazing. it was moody and beautiful.
The game play was something that left a bad taste in my mouth. Collision detection flaws. |

Deja Vu...
Ah well. Beast 1 looks good and sounds awesome. Shame it plays like dull cack. Beast 2 looks awful, damn brown mess. Plays like impossible cack. Beast 3 looks decent enough, AND get this... there is GAMEPLAY! Beast 3 wins because it's the only game in the list. Beast 1 is a tech demo, and Beast 2 is an exercise in will power (and stupidity). |

I can't see why people find the graphics in Beast 2 ugly.. I think they're great! Very atmospheric, I love the art design in that game.
And the gameplay is good too except for the few places where you get a few seconds so solve a puzzle or the game becomes impossible.. other than those few places, the gameplay is very good (and those places are only annoying until you figure it out of course, it's easy to do once you know how). I agree the gameplay in Beast 1 leaves some to be desired though.. it's mostly about memorization and timing that game. EDIT - Beast 2 is an excercise in stupidity?? Hey I finished that game! |

Beast 2's colour pallette seems to made up of mostly browns, dark smeary browns, dull brown, mocha brown... BROWN!

1st choice - Beast II (for the same reason as Zetro) 2nd choice - Beast (a very close second for nostagia reasons)... 3rd choice - Beast III (although the best gameplay I didn't like the character at all) Ok, gameplay isn't the greatest in the first two unlike but I still love 'em |
