Done! Looks pretty cool!

Do you have a Switch port also planned? I usually prefer to play this kind of game more on the Switch than on PC.

yes definitely switch planned. Dan is currently porting it and I met with him recently to play the game on his device (don’t have one yet)

Cool!

On PC I rather play "bigger" games with story and such, like RPGs or strategy. I like to play such stuff on Switch as well, because it's very convenient, but IMO it's ideal for such shooters.

I also have an Win GPD-2 for that purpose where I also play certain games, which are better suited IMO (preferably Point & Click).

I've been beta testing this game for little over a month and I can say... it's an addictive and challenging "One more try!" game that harkens back to the classic shooters of yesteryear but with a modern twist, and with an epic soundtrack to boot. It's not only shooting and dodging bullets either, the levels have some tricks up their sleeves which require you to solve a problem or plan an optimal route to take.

It was good fun to see the game (in its last development stages) evolve from way too easy, down to way too hard and then back to "juuuuuust right". The last few playthroughs I did I was still shouting "ah bullshit!" at the screen, but in the end it was always my own fault for taking the wrong approach or just becoming cocky and flying head-first into a hail of bullets... or an asteroid. Oooh those asteroids, or spinning spikey discs...

In short: it's a thinking man's shoot em up that will definitely not make you curse at your screen and make your partner/spouse come up to ask if everything is alright. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry to say Mr Gimbal, but considering that you find Shadow Gangs too hard on the easier mode with a 3 hit lifebar; and still cannot pass the first level...
