It's possible to play at Black Crytp with keyboard to walk and with mouse to fight?

yes. you have to manually configure the keys you want to use by checking the configuration option in the main menu. if you are using winuae probably check also that the bloc num key do not interfere with the keys, this in the case you like to play with the rightmost part of the keyboard.
maybe the game blocks you from set these keys so try the six just above the right/left/up/down cursor
