This trial & error gameplay was funny and cute when I was a kid. Nowadays it just feels extremely annoying. The game could be challenging enough without all those traps that kills you without warning.

Also love how the scroll is very smooth when going up but jerky when going down.

Ok, I'm in!

I completed this game in the Days... a lot of time ago... I remember that there is a fifth level only playable after having finished the first fourth level consequently... that was challenging!

My score so far: 12910

stay on the top of the first hole before the first spike and throw a sliding bomb (button + diagonal down+right )

The bomb has to stay between both spikes, so one single bomb destroy both spikes

Stop just before the first "column" and trow a bomb to the right. As soon as it explodes go right and throw a second bomb so that your way is clean. Then go forward and jump on the platform above.

You can use bombs to kill enemies too. Using the "sliding" bombs is a lot useful to kill enemies at lower levels than you.

Actually just figured out that depending on the way you kill an enemy it will award a different amount of points. Since I had never played this for scoring before I had never noticed this,

And there are at least 3 different ways to kill enemies.

Used to go as far as possible over the edge without falling down, then dropped a bomb on them. Thought that was shitty game design. But it was just me not knowing about fire+down/forward.

Was stuck for a while here (don't watch walkthroughs):

The solution wasn't exactly logical, but now I've memorized Hyde Park and Freezia.

I've memorized both, but I keep making mistakes... and when I make one mistake, I end up doing more stupid things because I get pissed and want to rush the checkpoint.

Played a few games and couldn't beat my best attempt, urgh.
