It's not on "The One" DVD collection from Mort. Issue 72 has scans but no images.

The demo on Aminet looked promising as it has "The One" as the disk label but when it asks for disk 2 and you put it in, no joy. Bugger

So........ it's not really a "Complete Collection" as such?

Well I've tried Jason's disk with the demo, and it still won't accept it. Maybe there was hidden copy protection/extra tracks involved on the second disk?

Bumping this one, and with good reason.

The Dragonstone disk was discovered on eBay earlier this morning by yours truly, and with only a couple of hours to go, I placed the sole bid and bagged it. As usual I'm offering this disk to anyone capable of dumping it properly with the appropriate tools. If the Putty Squad demo is known to use obscure tracks (if any) on this DS disk on the other hand, SPS may be a better choice.

Hopefully this will be the saviour we're looking for!

I got that disk and loads more of those coverdisks.... something I've not told anyone in this Amiga community until now.. I have shit loads :P.. saved all magazines I ever bought, didn't even remove most coverdisks from their plastic holders on the magz as:

1. I didn't want to ruin them
2. Maybe I already had the full game?
3. Wasn't interested by the content of the disk

but all these magz and disks are stored away and I can't be arsed to get them ....

i really dont understand the point of this... "i have it but you cant touch it, so there!"

so why bother posting this? MethodGit is at least doing something for the benefit of others. Your post however, demonstrates a willingness to do very little. I'm not entirely sure why anyone would want to post such a a thing!

Ditto, that was certainly unhelpful and childish...
Marz, if nobody takes the plunge locally I'll dump the disk for you. An insurance shipping to Argentina won't be expensive and will arrive I bet. i'll pay the shipping.

Thanks for the offer, Akira, I'll take it into consideration.

Might be better to wait till we hear back from Codetapper though, since he brought up the Putty Squad/Dragonstone issue to begin with.

I know you've moved on to trying to hunt down Disc 2 by now, but just in case anyone else still needs Disc 1, there appears to be a version of it (and tonnes of other cover discs) here;

http://amr.abime.net/coverdisk_index_7

Disc 2 is missing from that issue though

Could well be!

Or it may be that I wanted to check the Ruff N Tumble demo to see if it was any different to the main game (or other demos).

Ruff N Tumble is my fave Amiga game
