'We proudly present... Quik & Silva' Yes, a great tune The music for X-Out is also a example of Hülsbeck's awesome talent. It's a pity they never made a version of 'To be on top' for the Amiga. It would be great to have that game with the music ability of the Amiga!

I think it's the synth bass. It doesn't fit... but then it does in a strange way. Together with the strings it's a great combination
Ah yes the 'SuperCC on SoundTracker' song It's quite nice you're right, but I think they just used too much synth hits in it

@sune salminen : if you want to hear She drives me crazy (fine young cannibals) on your amiga 1200 (with 16 mb of fast) Pick up goldwave on PC, load in it one of your favorite mp3 song, reduce to mono and to 28khz and save/convert to IFF format.
transfer on amiga and listen with eagleplayer. You'll think you're in a dream just too damnn good !!!

For me (additionally to some already mentioned: Turrical 2):
Pinball Dreams - Title music and music when you return to menu. Gustafsson has outdone himself on this one. Even better than Fantasies and Illusions which too have some nice tracks.

Dragon Wars - Probably the best fantasy/orchestral tracks on the Amiga. Both Intro music and ingame are just fantastic. Alltime favourite by Charles Deenen/Maniacs of Noise, the intro of Lord of the Rings is also very good. I just wish I could work out that goddamn replayer.

Cadaver - Nice intro music.

Honorable mention:
Dynablaster - Track in multiplayer play by adapted by Romeo Knight. Just 4 protracker patterns but so well catches the essence of 5 people hustling and bustling. Just fun!

lol

No thank you, It's enough that I seem to be stuck forever with image of the lead singer singing this song with his tongue sticking out like some kind of handicapped frog.

At the time when Xenon II came out, none of us even dared to dream that one day it would be possible to listen to a whole song in full CD quality (let alone 28Khz IFF) playing straight from your computers memory..
