@Mick
This A1200 is very inspirational! a job very well executed indeed! so some ideas... yes A slot loader in the side i feel would really polish this beastie off... heres some ideas for small touches... Internal PS2 (cocolino)- to mouse port, you would need to bucher an auto switcher (about 3-4£ on flea-bay) and a cocolino arround £25 from AmigaKit Hmmm internal 120 - 200 watt PSU like Pico or PSW, (becarefull they only have arround a 4 - 6amp draw on the +5v before they shit themslefs! so double check your requirements before buying) what about Internal Bluetooth, Internal MIDI synthesizer, this would require a bit of soldering (*my fav!*) using the plans that DDNI posted earlier this year, from an amiga magazine (cant remember now but you can find it AMR i am sure) but you could either build an internal serial port to the synthboard a Yammaha DX60 very nice.. its what imma gonna do to one of mine... You could build an internal bridge board for an ADLIB ISA card to be programmed and utilised by the paralell port. theres some nice plans on aminet for that.. okay okay... lots of ideas for you there to have some fun with... |
