WTB: Amiga 600 UK

Well after a long hiatus and forgetting most of my Amiga knowledge I want back in!

Looking to buy an Amiga 600. Ideally based in the UK.

Are you looking for a bog standard or expanded a600?

I have a recapped a600 with ACA620, 8Gb CF card, A604 chip ram and dual 1.3/3.1 rom. Its in full working order however i since i don't have spare cables/mouse/psu it would be unit only.

I bought it from Fitzsteve over on Amibay about a month ago but have since bought an a1200 so haven't used the 600. I paid £120 and would be looking to get the same back.

I was initially looking for just a basic A600 and now you have tempted me.

Could you send me a couple of pictures? Mainly interested in the yellowing of the case.

I would check Amibay but it's been so many years I have no clue what my login details are.

Here's a couple of external pics. I wouldn't say it's perfect white but it's not yellow either.

I need to fit the switch for the dual rom today so can take a couple of internal pics later.

The pcmcia slot was made larger so I could mount the cf adapter there.

Just to add I didn't do the recap, it looks messy but the amiga works flawlessly and had been to a few shows when it was owned by Steve. As said though it would be unit only since I don't have spare cables but I can include a set of workbench 3.1 discs.

The cf is set up with classicwb 68k

I'm also interested in this if it doesn't sell.

I've checked my bank account and really, I know I shouldn't buy this. I'm not ready to dip my toes back into the world of modified Amigas just yet

I withdraw interest! If anyone has a bog standard A600 then I'm still curious.

EDIT: Just realised I've been a member of this forum for 10 years!
