Killing Game Show North America (NTSC)

I have North America (NTSC) KGS game that won't boot. I tried to create WhdLoad install but RAWDIC reports either missing sector, NoSync, or checksum error on track 2.
Here is what I need if anyone can help.

(A) The Disk.1 Disk.2 made from healthy NTSC version or any of the various WWP etc.formats that may be read by RAWDIC.

(B) I notice the Maverick copier has parameters for KGS 1&2. If the resultant copy could be MFMWarped to floppies, that would be OK too. Note: I tried Maverick on PAL adfs from Magix FTP and it almost worked but after the intro It just got caught in a loop between Tracks 71-73. I was able to make a WhdLoad install of these ADFs that work on my real Amiga but due to the screen difference, the entire top bar with score, lives is offscreen and the Psygnosis Owl's head is chopped off.
