[Rare] Amiga User Int. adfs found!
Hello I'm currently trying to convert rare real Amiga Floppies into adf before it's too late - as the floppy data can indefinitely hold the data for approximately 10-25 years.
I've cleaned out my A600, installed the CF PCMCIA and used TSGUI v2 to backup the data into adf. I've tested those new adfs on A500 1.3 mode in WinUAE and seem fine. But SuperDisk 35 appears to have a bad file in Cylinder 17, so I may have to try fix that. Here is the zip! http://apg-clan.org/attach/AUI,29,30,35.zip Last edited by RoboCop; 22 February 2016 at 16:23. |

Disk 29 & 35 have errors. Both have a damaged .lha file and the bitmap.
Run them through QBTools or DiskSalve to see what I mean. I have both these disks as adz. If you want them, let me know. |

Hello there RoboCop,
Welcome to EAB Nice work and if you have more disks keep 'em coming I only just recently uploaded a load of "Non-TOSEC" stuff to the EAB File Server. There are numerous Coverdisks there but you'll have to trawl through the files unfortunately... In relation to AUI Coverdisks: Code:
02/20/2016 02:55PM 5,231,079 AUI21-30.zip 02/20/2016 02:55PM 4,614,813 AUI3-17.zip 02/20/2016 02:55PM 4,325,118 AUI31-35.zip 02/20/2016 02:56PM 3,700,375 AUI36-40.zip 02/20/2016 02:56PM 4,341,386 AUI43-49.zip 02/20/2016 02:56PM 2,965,216 AUI51-53.zip 02/20/2016 02:56PM 4,014,627 AUI_8-13-91-92.zip Access to the EAB File Server is granted by following this: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=43633 |

Thanks for your reply, I've not had the time to fix those errors. But I'm more focused on salvaging those rare disks that maybe not listed in TOSEC. Wish me luck.

BINGO! I've found the actual floppy that had the rare cracktro from BusSoft. I've not fully grasped nor have full knowledge on using other Amiga Utilities apart from TSGUI.
Here is the rare Hybris ADF with BusSoft Cracktro! |

I have now uploaded to the EAB FTP under my folder. The last 2 issues of Amiga User International Super Disks. December 1996 and January 1997.
I am unable to determine if these 2 issues are complete though (based on previous findings, it appears SuperDisk 98 is still missing). I have also included a 'Limited Edition' SuperDisk 100 (turns out it was already dumped previously). I have finally uploaded these, almost 6 years later Refer to the following locations in the EAB FTP for files: /~Uploads/niobyte/NON-TOSEC/Coverdisks/ /~Uploads/niobyte/CT-RAW/Coverdisk/ Quote:

Following up to my previous post.
After having a look in the following location in the EAB FTP: /Commodore_Amiga/Collection/Coverdisk/Amiga User International/ *UPDATE: Upload the archive content uploaded to the zone to the above EAB FTP location.* It looks like I had as well as others have already contributed some of the previous coverdisks (as well as the ones I listed in my old posts). To complete the majority of the set, the contents of DamienD's archives should be uploaded to the EAB FTP location mentioned above: AUI21-30.zip AUI31-35.zip AUI36-40.zip Once done, the AUI Collection folder will no longer have these missing: Super Disks 26-27 Super Disks 35-36 Super Disk 38 After this is done, there is not too many AUI SuperDisks remaining to be preserved: Super Disk 1 Super Disk 19 Super Disks 93-94 Super Disk 98 A total of 5 disks are now missing in the AUI SuperDisk set. Hopefully my recently uploaded CT-RAW images can be converted to Extended ADF: Super Disks 96-97. Last edited by niobyte; 22 May 2016 at 00:11. Reason: Updated findings |

I have 2-18, 20-104 as .adz. Only 1&19 are missing.
I found all these on the EAB server/Upload folders. There are quite a few Scans of the disk labels missing though, if anyone has: no's 2,4,13-15,20,24,25,41,42,50,71,72,84-88,97,99,100,103,104. Last edited by Arnie; 22 May 2016 at 10:51. Reason: coverdisk labels |

Hi Arnie,
Thanks for confirming. I just found them as well via the FTP search. I now also found the threads that mention the disks remaining. http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=890734&postcount=35 So now only 2 disks are remaining before its a complete set. The interesting thing is that there is 2 disk 18s: http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=769982&postcount=45 Only the correct superdisk 18 has been preserved. Hopefully someone has this 2nd one. |

Also the AMR site are missing the adf downloads for Amiga Mania series in the 1992 coverdisk section. Grandis.nu appears to have them in the FTP site but AMR not got them yet.
http://amr.abime.net/issues_11 ftp://grandis.nu/Commodore_Amiga/Col...Amiga%20Mania/ But it appears #2, #5 and few others are missing. I had those disks for Amiga Mania that may of been there, but got overwritten with the new label sticker on it from its previous owner, sorry. Last edited by RoboCop; 23 May 2016 at 22:03. |

There is probably most of them somewhere on the EAB ftp server, but you would have to take time out to look for them. |
