And after that it will just be a matter of ordering more of the same cards (or if they don't work as intended then another revision + test batch I guess). Skickat från min LG-H850 via Tapatalk |

Disappointed to hear this news & the whole ebay reseller issue. Kickstart campaign or assistance from a company like Cloanto might help the situation or raise funds for wages and QA.
I always thought the nature of the FPGA would enable some form of (hardware) DRM or one seat-license attached to it preventing a resale or reflashing in future. I wouldn't mind a 20% hike in price if there was some guarantee the unit I buy is 'mine' and not for resale without me officially de-registering it & agreeing to a predetermined listing price on a place like Amibay. That type of system might have the benefit of any pre-owned units having a quick QA and reflash at a standard fee whilst the liscense is in escrow. Anyway getting off topic trying to fix ebay scammer problems. Hope the Apollo team are well and continue to make cool stuff :-) |

Hi all.
Update time, the first assembled batch (100) is in the mail, and i should have by end of next week. Once i verify boards are good i will submit a bigger batch for assembly and then orders will speedup. Keep an eye on your email for payment requests. |

Thats great news :-)
Im something like #700 on the list, should have the extra cash by then. Are the Black editions the original hand built ones or are they new SKUs fabricated at the board house? (I'll probably get the standard 11x version because I have an A1200 to consider upgrading too). |

Wonderful Kipper mate. Good to see how you are overcoming all kind of obstacles. I only wait to see someday a Vampire 1200.

This little bit of news below probably deserves its own thread but here it is anyway.
We have found a manufacturer to make the A1200 connectors!!! so the V1200 is all set!!!. (It is not in Germany) More details later |

Can't resist. One more.
http://www.kipper2k.com/video/hybris.mp4 mabbe i will enter the high score competition on EAB now, I have a real chance if there is a demand for it i can solder it on to peoples boards. (this board is just a test board and also needs the ground wire (which i hid underneath) Last edited by kipper2k; 05 November 2016 at 00:56. |

Its a level 7 interrupt, really useful if you do native debugging with HRTMon or similar.

Hi. Ive been using a number of CF cards on my A1200. Sandisk, Transcend, Kingston, integral and un-named brands. nearly all work fine but none except the 128mb integral CF work on the A600?
I think I remember them working fine on the A600 befoer Vamp installation? Have any conflicts been reported? KS rom or driver issues? And does anyone know how to fix it. Currently im running out of CFs to buy and I cant transfer any large files to my A600 from PC. Thanks PS. Ive posted this on FBs commodore amiga group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Comm...78351064179761 You can see in the pics (and see the discussion) regarding the different CF types. Any help would be great. Thanks |
