Porting PhotoChrome ST/e to Amiga.

Curious if there is any developer willing to port Atari ST PhotoChrome ST/e (focused on dynamic palette picture conversion) to Amiga.
Analyzing HW i'm sure that various aspects of Amiga can use this type of concept more efficiently than Atari ST (12 bit per pixel vs 9, 32 CLUT entries instead 16 - i assume trick with CPU/Copper driven BPL5DAT can be used to not use CHIP bus, Copper instead CPU etc).
As i understand why Atari ST community was forced to develop this kind of approach and why Amiga community (with few exceptions) never followed it, i'm also quite curious what with same software can be "squeezed" from Amiga.

Of course this purely nice to have and no big reward expected but it may be also good to see how some tricky apps from ST behave in Amiga environment (as games porting from ST to Amiga seem to be popular).
