Thanks for the feedback! You can buy from AmigaKit.fr - the price there is including EU VAT and ships from Luxembourg to anywhere in the EU. There are no customs fees within the EU because the VAT is already paid in the price. There are different prices reflecting the costs of running a EU business and paying EU VAT. There is a shop you can visit and purchase in person if you wish. The price on AmigaKit.com has 0% VAT and ships from the UK to anywhere worldwide- this price reflects the varying costs of operating from the UK. |

Thanks for the explanation @amigakit.com
So if I buy from amigakit.fr the price is a bit higher due to VAT but I won't have any surprises at delivery and probably shipping will be faster (last time I bought from you I had to wait a lot for Customs clearance, not for your fault, of course). |

Exactly right.
When you buy from our EBay store the VAT is included at EBay Checkout too. The price is higher due to EBay fees but no VAT/fees is due on delivery Thanks |

@amigakit.com
Do you sell this boxed pistorm32 setup (with raspberry, microSD, bolts, etc...) on Ebay as well? Last time I've checked that I couldn't find it, just a "plain"pistorm32, if I'm not wrong. |

@jurassicman
If you purchase the full PiStorm with RPi 3A+ from our EBay store we can add a free box. Just reference this conversation on EAB in your order comments Hope this helps |

Thanks @amigakit.com .
I'm planning to buy one of this card in the next few weeks and I'll see if will be more convenient through Ebay or through your website |

It's nice (and unusual) to see the price of an Amiga thing actually go down! I bought my 32 Lite a few months ago (pre-box, boo) when they cost £79, but then I got an A500 Mini for a bargain £77 so potatoh tomatoe.
Spoiler: it's really fast. |

It fits nicer in the A1200 case then a Pi4b and the breakout board routes the HDMI/Ethernet/USB nicely to the back of the A1200 case. And yes Emu68 works on it, the CM4 expansion+breakout board is designed by Michal Schulz himself and is his main dev system for Emu68. |

But if Ethernet is that important you can always use Musashi instead of Emu68 |

Musashi is Linux based, not bare-metal as Emu68. Therefor it is not quite as fast as Emu68 but it supports wider variety of HW like Ethernet, SSH onto your Pi for configuration and PiSCSI ...
You can also put both 68k emus on the same SD card AFAIK : https://github.com/captain-amygdala/...the-same-drive |

lol. "Not quite as fast as Emu68" is kind of an understatement. Musashi will get you a little more than about a 100MHz 060-ish. Emu68 takes it a lot, lot higher than that but the trade-off is JIT instability that you have to account for on a case by case basis.
I don't think Musashi has had much development recently, I think the last major update was back in '22, whereas Emu68 is in pretty much constant development for the time being. |

Now my predicament is, I am putting together a parts list for my Amigas: I'll need Pistorm accelerators for: A600 A500 or A500+ (or both?) A1200 Also might need Greaseweazle V4 and relevant cables for floppy drive (I'm using a PC floppy drive). Possibly other smaller accesories. I'll probably give you a call about these sometime. |
