Amiga Graphics Archive - worth a look!

Done a search in EAB but can't find any mention of this brilliant website. Here's a quote from Amiga Graphics Archive:

Quote:
About the Amiga Graphics Archive

This site is dedicated to great pixel graphics made with the Commodore Amiga from 1985 to 1995. An uncountable number of graphics were made during this time period, but there are quite a number of noteworthy images that, I believe, shouldn't gather dust on some harddrive, hidden in some extra level inside a game that never gets played or on a PD collection disk that is almost unknown. I want to make these graphics accessible again from the comfort of your own internet browser by showcasing them on this site.
You can select artwork done in 2 to 256 colours, EHB, HAM, HiRes and more. Or by year. Or even view by colour cycling, animation, copper and there's WIP images too.

It's a great website that also features home-brew artwork too. Well worth a visit if you are or was a budding Amiga artist or even just to take a look.

btw, I'm in no way connected with that website!

nice website, but I miss one ham image - cannot remember its title, but it was
a rendering of some glass and opaque spheres infront of a wall of bricks.
not sure if made with amiga software, but I'm sure i saw it on my amiga, back in the days

the other day I found a presentation of some animations made with A1000 (1989) : [ Show youtube player ].
it is amazing how at that time people were impressed by such simple graphics - thats's me included

I loved that picture too. It was featured in one of the Finnish computer mags back then, probably C-Lehti.

They were rendered on a VAX.

Oh, I actually converted them to png a long time ago:

Sorry for digging up an extremely old thread but I have a question...

Does anyone know how to go about getting Amiga artwork added to Amiga Graphics Archive website?

There is a mail address on the front page of the archive, did you already contact the author?

I haven't been in touch with him for a few years, so no idea whether he's still active.

Thanks, Jope. I guess I'm used to the ZX Art website where a profile is created and you upload works that way. I will email the author and see what happens.
