AVIOutput improvements
(nothing in beta thread so lets try here..)
Problem: AVIOutput can be really slow. Possible solution: Try 1.5.0 beta. (if you have 2 or more cores/cpus..) Comments please. No comments == it is good enough and you are not allowed to complain in future
