Doesn't do anything for me. AmigaExplorer is a great app I didnt mind paying for but this seems nothing more than a packaged collection of freeware.

I have now got it from their site. A bit stiff price, but the demos are mostly from year 1990 and upwards. Haven't tried the games yet. It's like AF2008, but for C64 this time. It can run other models too, PET, VIC20 and so on. You will not get any discount if you have AF2008.

Aye, but with more games and demos and... 15 € more expensive. Oh and this cool RP2 format. Which is zip... but with an XML file in it! Now on to Speccy forever, SNES forever, NES forever, MD forever, NeoGeo forever...

I wonder why the Amiga demoscene aren't doing the same with Hyperion & Amiga inc. ??

Oops, I forgot: the real amigans left the platform "ages" ago; what's remained is a bunch of fanatics, who deserve nothing more than being left languishing in their ghetto!

Because most of the ppl still active in the Amiga Demoscene don't give a shit about Hyperion & Amiga inc.! I won't comment the rest of your post.

Amiga Forever = WinUAE, no up-to-date version.

That's the trouble, people don't realise WinUAE is used inside Amiga Forever.

And Cloanto are hardly quick to point it out either.

Same with C64 Forever, no credit to the people behind VICE. You pay only for the ROMs to get/have them legally.

The C64 roms? They've been bundled with pretty much every C64 emulator since the dawn of time.

Or were you referring to the Kickstart roms? I must say we're paying a pretty hefty price for them if that's the case. I always thought the cost went into other things on the CD+DVDs as well.
