"Out of Memory"

I'm a newbie to using WinUAE, and I have to say I find it pretty tough to use.

I'm running into a problem when playing "Pirates!". After I win a swordfight, probably about half the time a black screen comes up and a box says "Pirates is out of memory. Please quit pirates" and then it freezes. Has anyone run into this message before, and how do you fix it? I've messed around with settings like RAM, chipset etc and it doesn't seem to change it one way or another??

Probably corrupt disk image or incompatible Kickstart ROM if increasing available memory (including chip memory) does not fix it.

Well, you were right, I got a different disk image and it fixed the problem! Thanks! Actually I'm glad I messed around with it because now I know more about optimizing the way WinUAE runs.
