Amiga Forever 2016 Plus Download Files
Hello all! I purchased AF 2016 Plus download edition a year ago. I now have a new laptop and have realised I don't have the original installation file (which I know is my fault).
I have spent 3 weeks now trying to contact support at Avangate (who processed the purchase via amigaforever.com) to see if they will reset my download links but they just will not reply or deal with my requests. I have also contacted support at Cloanto via the form on their website and, other than an auto response, not received any reply from them either. Has anyone else had any luck getting their download links reset or is my only option to repurchase? |

If you login to your Avangate account, u can re-download
https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/order_lookup/? Since orders are processed by them, if u have a account u can re-download.. Last edited by amiga_Forever; 13 February 2017 at 08:05. |
