What game would improve by making it multiplayer!
Okay my fellow forum friends
time to put your tihnking caps on, as I sat here idling the other day (i do that a lot on here as all ) with all the old-skool remakes and new ideas ... well i was a pondering, What single player games would make *simultaneous* or Turn Based multiplayer games?! So with this thought i did a ponder, now to qualify a game: well some games are 2 player or even 4 player, but what i was thinking is making it multiplayer by machine so you would link up in say null-modem cable fashion to play... so something like 4 player dyna-blaster could become an 8 player explosive nightmare. however the limmitations are obvious, imagine UFO with more that 2 players would get a little narky having to wait for slow Tom after an agonizing spanking from Richard again! so what games would benefit in you mind from mulitplayer or extra-muliplay-ocity!? (and before you ask, yes i had to google the spelling of 'simultaneous') anyway to get those brain juices flowing heres some thoughts, but i would love to read other peoples Games Ripe for Multiplayer Gamming
anyway theres some food for thought... now its over to you.... what game would you see improved by a multiplayer or extra multiplayer-ness?

Vixen and Brattacas
Ok, just kidding. They shouldn't have even been 1 player. Chaos Engine Yeah I know it's 2 player already but it would be great with a third or fourth player. The characters may need to be reduced in size a bit though. Cannon Fodder 2 player mouse action would make this sublime! You could send off two seperate parties and ambush the enemy! Awesome! Syndicate Same as cannon fodder really, some awesome destructive action, be it Vs or co-op mode! The amiga struggled to play it one player though, so 2 player split screen with Gauss guns aplenty would make it s-l-o-w.... Rainbow Islands This is a definite candidate for "why the feck didn't they...". This could have been awesome in 2 player. Instead it's merely superb |

sod Elite.... Frontier!!
MegaLoMania - definately a great choice. (though shame you didnt google -that- spelling Zetr0! as for the dungeon crawlers... well this is one of many reasons why Bloodwych is king of RPGs! Rainbow Islands - the other two in the trilogy managed it, shame this one wasnt simultaneous. [edit - damn you KG - i thought it first!] IK+ should be 3 player too, and Indy Heat 4 player. Sim Ant - linkup black vs red ant play! |

I reckon there are quite a few flight sims that would work well multiplayer....Gunship 2000 with four of your mates in your squadron with you? Or against you for that matter.

It's a shame that Super Skidmarks cant be played via Broadband - you could set up an 8 player race with everyone connected in - I think that would be great...
Also, Alien Breed would be fun to have a link with mutli players exploring different parts of levels with some sort of communication going on.. |

Mercenary series of course! Think all the NPCs played by EAB members, then I the mighty explorer could defeat each and every one of you Mwaaa haaaa haaaa!!
Seriously though it would be feckin fantastic! Of course this great thing couldnt happen in a universe where such Shite as Craptive was multiplayer!!! |

Going a bit weirder, A two player version of Flashback with both having to cooperate to complete the game. That would have been cool!
Others er, Turrican! Although I think the new PC Hurrican tribute/remake has that now! |

Klondike III AGA
Player 1 would move the cards while player 2 masturbated over all the anime on the cards - then you change places, after washing your hands and mopping up. |
