Picasso IV problem with SetPatch OS3.1

I have a problem with Picasso IV not displaying any picture after the SetPatch from OS3.1 (v40.16) is run (without any screen display beforehand in the Startup-Sequence).

Problem is fixed if I have any command display before the SetPatch line (e.g. Echo "Hello!")

I only have this problem with the A4000T, not with an A4000D, so methinks it is a problem with SetPatch combining with the 40.70 ROMs.

Don't have the problem with OS3.9.

Anyone else have this same problem?
