Reflections (Raytracer)
Does anyone got that really old 3D Raytracing goodie ?? I´ve found a manual and remember to try that years ago on a barebone A500 and it took about 3 day to render only one simple ball with one light shining on it :laugh:laugh:laugh
Would be cool if anyone got this nice piece of software, since i want to try it on my A1200/50 Mhz (maybe it takes less than a day now hehe   )thx in advance ..... |

You can get a demo version from Aminet
 Why dont you use Real 3D classic instead? This program ran on my A500 once upon a time |

Yep, I used Real3D 1.4 for a lot of time on my A600, and it wasnt sooo slow. It will fly on your A1200.
I remember the best thing I did with it was an X-Wing fighter. It was pretty damn good! I Wonder where I put all those R3D files.... I'd like o continue work on it today. If it wasnt for Real3D I would have a hard time today trying 3DS Max

Thanks for the offer, but I want to use Reflections since I got the original (well at last the original Manual, dunno where that damn Disk is
) anyway...... still searching, hope that anyone got it

I've uploaded Reflections 3.05 (german) to the ADFZone.
I hope that's the version you had the manuals for, otherwise ... you'll have to play that old famous paper game, you know, "Find the differences". I'm sure that you can follow the installer instructions much better than me so : Good Raytracing. |
