Anyone in Australia fix my CD32 please?

Hi All,
I would really like to pay someone in Australia to fix my CD32 for me
(if possible) unless I can get it going within the next few days.
Maybe the capacators need replacing (I'm not sure).
All I know is that I'm getting no sound at all when using it.

I did get sound this morning when I turned it on for the first time, then
nothing.

So I'm wondering I can pay postage both ways and someone, experienced
in fixing CD32 units, sends me a quote on how much it will cost to fix and I can paypal them when it's fixed.
Please let me know.
PS. I'll keep trying the next few days and get back to someone.

I'm also looking for someone in Australia who can repair CD32s and change the capacitors, so if anyone bites you've got two customers waiting to pay you.

Just curious, did you get any sound out of the headphone socket on front of the CD32? There are two capacitors in every CD32 that were fitted backwards in the factory and are the usual culprits when it comes to audio problems.

I'm moving down near Launceston next month, good to know there are other Amiga users in Tassie!

You might contact Anthony Hoffman, Amiga Hardware Expert Extraordinaire, however he is in NZ not Australia. He is among the best of the best at hardware repairs. Though sometimes he's in Antarctica searching for the Elder Things. His website running from an A4000 is:
