3640 Refuses to work after recap

First post here..

Anyway.. I have a strange issue with A3640 boards.. sometimes when I have done a recap of motherboard/3640 the 3640 refuses to boot.. on SOME boards. it can work on other motherboards even with same type of new caps etc.

if I put in my Diagnostica V2.0 diagroms.. it starts up nicely. but with 3.0/3.1 it seems to crash when DMA is enabled in rom.
(powerled does go bright etc....)

this on rev 3.1 boards.

before recap (with quite heavy leakage) they worked fine on any board.

when I find a working combination.. they are stable and no problems whatsoever.
