Operation G2 by Psygnosis
Remember the demo on AF disk 63b?
I got this "Dungeon Master style" 3d sci fi game as a floppy, and i remember liking it at the time. It says out in October. But im not sure what year though. Also looked at BTTR and found no reference to it. Another game that did not make it then? |

Id love to, but its actually protected!
Ive written Codetapper to see if he could do an Whd install for it. Ill then MFM it to him. If he agrees, and when he then finishes it, Id then be happy to upload it here. Btw, RetroMan, have you got a Catweasel MkIII yet? I gather shipping was supposed to start on the 25th of November thats all. Id love to know what its like, as id like to buy one meself. |

I think you can rip the files from the G2 disk using one of the standard JST or WHDLoad tools like psyrip or rippsy (or something).

Yeah, that's it, I think.
The game seems pretty basic from the ripped files. |

Email it to me
And I will do it. Send to GLDFLT@BLUEYONDER.CO.UK
If its not too much trouble, please MFMwarp the whole disk as well as sending the ripped files. |

If anybody is interested...the game never got past the stage in that demo. I did a load of sound effects for it and write a sound effects driver for it. Wrote the title screen music, but then it got canned because it was going nowhere. Poor game indeed.

Is there anyone interested in cracking the coverdisk? Or maybe a WHD-installed version? For preservation purposes and all...

Any chance for you to rip it for CAPS, too? I have the disk, but it's in California (sigh).
