Overdrive for gameplay? - I'd say Nitro, Super Cars 2

I remember Turrican 2 has, like, 90 minutes of music or so!
What a feat! I pressed space at title yesterday and listened to some of it again - pure Chris Huelsbeck genious. Also popped in Huelsbeck's official soundtrack cd again, but not quite as good as the original game music - it is a remix. But signed by the master himself and obtained (if I remember right) at Amiga fair in Cologne. Ah back in the day |

Shit.... Slam Tilt is trailing in the polls. I KNEW I should have kept the Slam Tilt Avatar forra bit longer!
C'mon ya Pinball freaks! Vote Slam Tilt! The other three games in the poll are shite! I'm seriously joking of course. I've owned the other three games and they are all excellent. Tough poll but most enjoyable. |

Where the hell is Dungeon Master. Turrican 2 wtf. If were going to have sequels it could at least be Chaos Strikes Back or DM2. |

Well, out of this list it would have to be Turrican II or Slam Tilt...
I haven't played either for too long but I always love 21st Century pinball games so Slam Tilt for me |

I always thought of civilization as a PC game.
I like all of them, especially slam tilt, have'nt played cannon fodder for years, but I still like Turrican II best. |

As much as I admire Jools. Jopps, Stu and Arnie; It had to be Bren McGuire (aka Turrican) all the way.

damn, I WAS going to choose Turrican 2, .... the music, gameplay and just... everything about it was awesome.
Then I thought about Civilization, every game was completely different... even if it was a cross platform beast (as was Turrican 2 if you never knew- both on the PC/ Atari)... and even if it had really simple graphics, the depth was unbelieveable. Turrican 2 vs Civ.... argh! ... A pinball game is a pinball game in my books, even if its a good pinball game, its still pinball. (ahh?!?) Cannon Fodder I rarely played... it was alright, but I think most of the gameplay was based on people who wanted to kill and see blood (much like the mortal kombat fanbase) |

Civ
Both T2 and slam tilt are good, but nowhere near the satisfaction of conquering the world. 15 min arcade < long play T2 deserves some recognition for being an amiga seller though, civ is more of a PC game (ok technically a board game) and slam tilt is "just" another PDreams |
