There was this game with simple yet beautiful graphics about 2 tanks (player vs Computer or Player vs Player) sitting on top of the hills and shooting at each other worms-style (power slider, direction and wind corrections indicator). There was this Full Metal Jacket-like voice "...command, fire!" before the launch.

That's all I can remember. Anyone know what the name of the game was?
