Death Mask problem

I have bought this game.when i insert disk one the screen become black and the disk drive light on but no sound of loading.I've been waiting in case it is a very slow game and nothing happend.

The disk 1 is not spoiled because i've recorded an adf in a empty disk and happens the same.

I already have tried with "Boot With No Startup-Sequence",no caches and chip original.

I have an a1200 with 4mb fast,4gb hd and ClassicWB OS3.1.

Do you have a non Commodore Amiga? These used PC disk drives which missed a control lane which the old Amiga drives had and some games used them and fail to load, also have you tried to whdl install the game as this should show a bad disk.

Either fix your floppy or install the game onto your harddisk via WHDLoad.

I have the KG packs installed but I like to use the original game disks too.

Lamentably the games Smash,International Tennis don't have install and Goal! has a install with no save option.These games don't work in disks to me.

I don't want to make a hardware modification at the moment...but thank you very much to clarify the problem

I have only DF0.Perhaps the solution is an external disk drive...

Yes,I've tried one and no works.I will try others tomorrow...thanks!

I have selected 3.5 hd instead 3.5 dd in WinUAE to reproduce the same error but it does not happen.It would be useful to reproduce the same error in WinUAE for find adfs working or test a adf game before I buy it.
