ATan2 or equivalent?

I've got an X/Y coordinate for two different objects, and I want to work out the compass angle from one to the other (in degrees).

In other languages I'd rely on the ATan2 function, which doesn't appear to be in Blitz. Has someone got some instructions for working this out? Cheers.

There a quite some nice algorythms on the former blitzbasic(pc)/blitzmax site regarding maths and stuff. literally thousands of sourcecodes, sometimes easy to convert to blitzbasic2 amiga. well, it is basic, basically.
