Akira, i'm facing the same problem as you had with the drive spinning a little with the new belt, but not working completely. Although ten years have passed now , can you tell me what was the stupid mistake? How did you get it finally working?

Roctec Slim is acting up again

Just wondering here if maybe you would know why the RocTec slim has started acting up again. Its like the drive light stays on when you put a disk in and you can hear it spinning and whirring but nothing else happening. Sounds like the rubber belt might have slipped?? It worked fine for quite some time and then one day it started doing that....
