'Apply' button for the Misc menu?

As the Miscellaneous menu is not tied to a Configuration file AFAIK, could we get an 'apply' button for this section? This would save starting the emulation to apply settings such as hiding the notification icon.

The Miscellaneous options like "Ctrl+F11 to quit" are definitely in the configuration files, from what I can see from my own. This may also mean that they all are, but someone could clarify?

'Apply' happens automatically when you save a configuration, the default is right that you should never change.

Only "GUI" section is not config related but it also refreshes GUI automatically.
