It's easy enough to find on the internet. Otherwise you can just add the sysspeed .dat file to whatever Amiga setup you are running, to compare the results in SysSpeed vs. your systems results. |

Some BIOS's will emulate PS2 input from USB device though it creates problems for adding USB support inside Amithlon. Try turning on or off Legacy USB in BIOS and seeing if that works. I think Legacy USB support or USB Keyboard Support needs to be enabled.

if only if it was that easy, think i need proper drivers for this one. anyone feel like backporting the MCP7A-ION drivers? ....no? didn't think so
as an aside, looked into these old kernels and it's amazing what a leap it was from 2.4 to 2.6. the hardware support seriously increased. Last edited by frakswe; 25 January 2019 at 03:13. Reason: had more to say. |

Hi,
i'm a bit curious! how many of us still use the Amithlon in regular basis? Like at least one time in the week. [ Show youtube player ] |

Mine is used about once every other week. Testing something or updating something.
I use it more than my A4000T though...primarily since it's so fast. |

Was using it almost daily a couple of months ago (on my Presario 700 laptop)...then I started a small 're-assembly' project but still didn't manage to finish it.......so it is still in pieces...together with my other 2 Amithlon projects (1 laptop and one tower)....
Have to cut down on projects... |

Just an FYI for anyone who is interested in Amithlon and follows my blog or site, my web host provider decided to exit the business. Luckily I was having issues with my current site and went to the host's main page to see if anything was going on...and their page was now just a screen of text saying they were shutting down March 10 and email us if you need a domain transfer!
Sites are now hosted elsewhere and data moved. All files/patches/etc.. that I had are still available. On another note, just a year ago I uploaded my Amithlon install guides to Aminet.....surprising to me there has been 399 downloads over the year. I was happy to see that there were still a number of people interested in Amithlon or at least the install process. In a much shorter time, since the beginning of this year, 253 people have downloaded my SysSpeed module created on my Amithlon system. |
