Cool A new scandoubler from Individual Computers

Individual Computers just released the Indivision AGA.

Quote:
With Indivision AGA, we're striking a new path. As the name suggests, it's a flickerfixer that is very closely tied to the AGA chipset. This could only be realized by putting the flickerfixer inside of the computer. The product is mounted over the Video-Chip "Lisa". The VGA display is connected directly to the flickerfixer. Further connections are not necessary.

* 24 Bit colour resolution in all screenmodes
* support for super hires modes
* Highgfx support up to 1024x768 pixels
* all screenmodes can be displayed at 60Hz or more
* no adjustments necessary
PDF'd Technical Info

I don't think so.. XRGB-2 is not a true 24-bit scandoubler nor does it's have better than average quality (because it is external).

I don't want one. I already own almost every bit of Amiga hardware there is. I don't use the A1200 enough to warrant it I use the A4000 and a Picasso IV or the CD32 (with a 15KHz TV).

I will continue to moan about inflated prices on Ebay irrespective as whether I need those items or not :-P

Anyone know if the VGA cable will be supplied with the Amigakit preorders?

Well, people hesitant to order then, ie. not customers. I guess you don't have what they want at the prices they'd like... I'm saying prices and stock is ok, since it can be hard to convince normal webshops and normal stores to take Amiga stock, they'd be hard pressed to see a business opportunity.

I just ordered one myself, I would have ordered two but july/august are slow months for me (self-employed) so I had to make do with an MMC Replay instead...

Thanks Jens and Amigakit. Now hurry up with that A600 '030
