Audio via HDMI?

Seeing as the Delfina has digital audio, could this be sent through HDMI? an example case would be through kipper's HDMI replacement for the RF modulator via the Indivision AGA

aha, on further research i've discovered the Flipper part of the Delfina hasn't been released, so there are only analogue outs.

MODS - can the thread title please be changed?; finding a way of sending true digital audio from the amiga down the HDMI adapter Kipper has made for the Indivision.

if i internally wired the Amiga RCA ports to this, and sent the coaxial out to the correct pins of the hdmi lead, would it work?

I was thinking of getting a box that combines DVI video, with analogue audio into a fully functional HDMI with audio lead.

38 bucks aint bad (shipping i have no idea though!).

I could then route the output of that to where kippers mod would go on my own hdmi lead, then it's all cleverly hidden internally

but then, i've got the hdmi socket from kipper coming in the post, so not sure how I should play this
