Graphism looks really nice.
The music in Cybernoid 1/2 were excellent. The 3 tunes includes in this sequel seems after a quick impression a bit different (but still in the same atmosphere somewhere) but entertaining too ! Great job ! |

i never understand it. I think the Amiga versions of Cybernoid 1 / 2 have an amazing graphical style, particually 2, although its far too difficult.
I've seen several remakes like this, where they usually use the 8-bit versions as the basis - completely dismissing the 16-bit versions, and you end up with this horrible clinical looking "enhanced" graphics, completely without character if you ask me. i'll reserve judgement on the music until i've heard it though! shame, as i think a good sequel / remake of Cybernoid could be great |

cybernoid 1 amiga, c64 and speccy were all different yes, but not cybernoid 2 c64 / amiga.
love the speccy music, love amiga cybernoid 1 music, i do like the cybernoid 2 amiga/c64 music, but the cybernoid 1 c64 music is rather lacklustre. |

The spectrum cybernoid 2 music is totally different to the others too. Which is a shame, while good, perhaps amazing on it's own, it's not in the same league as the others.
As a spectrum owner, I never knew the C64 theme till I heard it on a remix cd. Cool piano music. |

i have no tryed it yet, but i agree on the look of the graphics... Mark Jones graphic had a more organic feeling... even on metal, more cartooney.
i would say it HAS a more organic vibe (as in more recent work from him, morrowind etc...) but as a fan made game, it looks ok. Quote:
