Hi again,
I'm playing with PPaint 7.1c, and I'm wondering how to get the menu with the AREXX scripts. There are some scripts in PPaint's REXX folder that could help me a lot, especially AnimToFrames.pprx. I feel like a complete Amiga nitwit again after so many years. |

Cool, thanks!
I just executed the AnimToFrames script, but now I'm wondering where the frames have been saved, if they have been saved. |

Latest free version is 7.1. It comes with the anim GIF macros.

you should have got some file requesters, 1st to choose source anim
2nd requesterr where you can choose a folder or drive/volume and the basename of the image-sequence. if you want convert an anim to gif anim try: load an iff animation or craete your anim/frames 1) Arexx Script -> AnimGif - define anim-brush push f9 & f10 (will disable the menu bar and toolbox ) select the whole anim canvas with the mouse, select from x0/y0 -> x1/y1 with the mouse push f9 & f10 again 2) Arexx Script -> AnimGif - Save Anim-brush next some requester where you can change differnt things, timing/transparency or stuff and finaly a filename for the gif anim. |

Ah, ok. I thought it would save the frames of the simple animation I made in PPaint. Didn't see any requesters when I executed the script using the Crown icon.
I'll try again tomorrow. My head is spinning from all the information right now. |

I've bought PPaint 7.3 one week ago from http://www.a-eon.com with PayPal. Never received product, no reply to emails and forms, nothing...
My download area is empty. EDIT: someone has read this msg, because EON woke up and just sent me an email. Problem solved. Last edited by hexaae; 07 May 2017 at 18:18. |

Is there some multi OS discount? I have purchased the OS3x version and may want to consider the OS4.1 version now that I have OS4.1 classic running on my A4000.

Why do they sell this if they don't give proper support to those who buy?

Yep, I'm a bit disappointed as supporter :-(
Andy replied through his old email address anyway from the link above... I've added a bug-report to Mantis for PPaint, let's see if they'll ever fix the bugs. |
