Protracker 5?
Was Protracker 5 ever released for Windows etc?
Wikipedia mentions Protracker 5 Alpha but I can't seem to find any other information about it.

But didn't this turn into sk@le tracker in the end, nearly 95% complete and then abandoned
 , which was a great shame, as it's a brilliant tracker, but the best by far is Renoise, an amazing tracker, than can do huge thing with your samples with that program, but it's commercial , it's not free but worth every penny.
