The Temple of Elemental Evil
Was "The Temple of Elemental Evil" from the "Advanced Dungeons an Dragons series" never released for Amiga?

No, that game came after the Baldur's Gate series.

That is just a source book for pen&paper AD&D's Greyhawk setting. Got nothing to do with Amiga or computers whatsoever.
EDIT Or do you mean Greyhawk on Amiga? None. Just Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance. |

It's the same game, the crpg one was carefully based on the pen and paper module; but AFAIK, of the goldbox serie, no one game is based on a pen and paper one, so, is there a particular reason you ask? I loved TOEE!

Trying it now, but the disk I have has a checksum error and it is not bootable; however it contains a splash image with the cover of TOEE scanned, and what appears to be a unofficial rendition of the game. Later I'll try to make the game run.
[edit] copied on a formatted disk; it is indeed a text version of the game, with the copyright attribution for the original game etc. I doubt it is some kind of license anyway, but apparently, from the introductory in-game text, there was a printed novella bundled with the game. here are some screenshots, seems to be text based adventure.
First screen is hacked by scene group. Last edited by mai; 09 September 2019 at 23:09. |

Ok, thanks. Looks rather professional for an unlicensed game.

Version Number : beta 2.0 -> Could be a game that was never finally released (copyright reason with TSR? Comissioned work that was never approved?).
The only video game related content about Genasoft that I can find online is this thread . Some information in the data drawer: about_it Quote:
