I was a member way back when?
Hi, I have got back into the Amiga way of life after years of PC's but I was a member here a long time ago and to confirm this my old name vertigo was still accepted. Now I know I posted stuff but searching the board theres nothing, also my post count started at zero again. I was a contributor at HoL and a regular at forum 14279. Question is where are my posts, was there a reset at some point?

Here's one http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?...hlight=vertigo
Your name is accepted again because the old name has been de-registered, just search for Vertigo in the search and you'll find them EDIT: Ask RCK to merge your old posts with your new account and all will be fine |

Oh right, thanks..
Come to think of it how did you get that post I searched and came up zero.. I think I'm going mad, just searching my name brings up a few posts, don't know why it didn't at first. Last edited by vertigo; 24 May 2015 at 22:51. Reason: madness creeping in |

Dunno, maybe you searched by the name field in the advanced search, but glad it's working for you now

But how useful is it having it online to re-remember as a memory aid :-)
I'm in the same position, I can find my original posts and I just got my a2000 out the storage to ressurect it finally. I found a old post where I said what version of workbench the hard disk had on it and excitedly booted it up, only to find the hard disk has failed and I still have no floppies, and 4 years on I still cant find the keyboard that finally nuked that attempt. On the plus side now I got to order a keyboard adapter too this attempt in advance |
