We all know that Soundtracker had a sh*tload of disks namely ST00 through ST99. Where can one find them?

As I recall they were offered on one of the CU Amiga CD cover disks as part of the samples collection.

Will dig through my collection to identify which one

No panic Bippym Just one thing

The library of sounds from these disks are just given as ST01,ST02 etc they are NOT in disk format...they just contain the sounds in each file

They are on
CUCD14 covering st-01 ....st-20
CUCD15 st-22.......st-42
CUCD16 st-43...st-62
CUCD17 contains the missing st-21 & st-23 also st-63.....st-82
CUCD18 contains the missing st-80 st-83 ....st-99 plus the aditional st-A0 ,st-A1 & wavebeats
CUCD19 continues with the st-A2...st-A9 st-B0....st-B6

So theres the locations ! It seems PC doesnt like the "naming regime" of some of these samples in the sets so they will require changes before I can create a full archive set with .info unless I make it a zipped set of Amiga files

It might make more sense to whack em on deadwood.inc considering the possible size!

Make a single RAR or 7zip archive and away we go

At the moment I am just Zipping the 120+ files together I have added some voice banks, beats & other specials to the archive for those who want to try a hand again at tracker based music

I also intend to have the files available singly for those who just need to complete their collection once its uploaded I will post the URL

The zip file is 102mb {104.794mb on disk } for everything
The RAR file which includes a 5% repair file & checker built in is 90.2mb { 94.601mb on disk }

As promised the ST- sample files can be found here

http://www.deadwoodinc.net/LAC/

One single Amiga unzippable ZIP file or if you prefer a self repairing RAR file or look inside the ST samples folder and EACH file is available singly as a ZIP including its Amiga drawer Info file

So if you just need to complete your collection instead of downloading EVERYTHING the choice is yours

All packages contain the SAME information so you have NOTHING to gain by downloading ALL three

The original ST-files STOP at ST-B6 so if you have disks AFTER that upload them to the zone & I will add them as a single option ONLY for Amiga imediate use

The other ZIPS are taken from the various sample packages that CU-amiga included on the CD's so you will find both 8 bit & 16 bit extras as well as drum loops , beats and a few extra style phrases & licks to colour your TUNEZ !

Have FUN
