im trying to edit a ppshow file what can i use to edit theses file?????

how do you mean i can view file picture in ppshow but nothing i hav will let edit it dpaint or upaint on the pc just woundering what and why ?? if this help you

Isnt ppshow an image viewer for files compressed with PowerPacker?

If you have a filemanager, check the file headers for 'PP20' as the id, that means ita packed and needs to be unpacked.

XLD or DLD off Aminet will be able to depack those files and hundreds of others.

I had a quick look and as I suspected from the file name the file was packed with Power Packer. I've attached the decrunched version to this post for you so you can now open it in Paint Shop or Photo Shop etc.

You can also install a patch to make it transparent for programs that are unaware of packed files to unpack them on the fly.
