Thx, I was indeed using the command line.
I REALLY hate Windhoos (NL) / Windoze (EN) so I prefer the old command lines.
I'll download the MAME32 version.

I'd like to see a Remake of Koronis Rift by Lucasfilm Games.
Well, in case of a Remake it will definitly end up as a 3D-game.

I already downloaded it from http://www.arcadehits.net/index.php?p=mame
And by the way, I just finished Karnov.
I only needed to cheat once (I had lost my ladder and couldn't get past a certain area).
I'm actually quite proud of myself for finishing it.

Cool, nice work in finishing it

Don't think I've tried to yet but it's definitely a cool game

Now I'm trying to finish Star Control II, which is just too hard.
It is almost impossible to finish in time.
If you make one (small) mistake in the beginning you cannot finish in time... :S

The new shadowgrounds game as well is Alien Breedish...

http://www.shadowgroundsgame.com/new/

Personally I would love a new Dizzy game (preferably one that runs in a higher resolution than 320x240), Ghosts n Goblins, Green Beret, Dungeon Master and a few more...

Have you tried all the other Dizzy remakes at http://www.dizzyland.co.uk/ ?
There's a 3D Dizzy in the making too - have a look here
Be fantastic to see updated versions specifically for the Amiga though, rather than just PC.

I'd like to see updates of Knight Thyme, Spellbound, etc. series.

Big grin Retro Gaming

My recommendations for retrogaming :

For Dos games try DosBox (http://dosbox.sourceforge.net)

I think IMHO it's the ultimate Dos Retro utility. The combatibility is great, and there is a large community, build around it. (And since it's open source, it might be ported to Classic Amiga OS or Morphos).

For Win 95/98 games, a dual boot system with WinMe and XP is great. Although WinMe is infamous for it's instabillity, it is very compatible with newer hardware, and I found out that it's great way to play 98/99 games. And if you like to play Glide games, some very good Glide Wrappers:

dgVoodoo (http://dege.freeweb.hu/) and Zeckensack's Glide Wrapper (http://www.zeckensack.de/glide).

I used the above software configuration on a PIV 2,4 , with 1 GB memory, and an 6600GT video card. Since I do not have a lot of space in my house, to build a dedicated retro machine, I use one machine for gaming, with multiple software configurations.

Now some remakes:

Knyte Time http://retroremakes.com/forum2/showthread.php?t=6757

A Bards Tale inspired game : http://www.battlephase.com/warrior

A much updated Doom : http://www.doomsdayhq.com/

Gl Frontier http://soul-less.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

GL Frontier First Encounters : http://www.geocities.com/kolijoco/

Last but not least, for anything about retro remaking http://www.retroremakes.com/

Cheers mate! I'm really looking forward to all the games - just a shame that so many people decided to do Ghostbusters. I hope at least one of the people working on that manage to somehow make it playable and fun.

I really want a revamp of "BeachHead" not the crap versions that came out like beachhead 2000...very boring and repetative...A proper remake of the game with all levels.....A 3D tank section and sea battle would be an improvement ....it sold a million for gods sake.....ok it wasnt anything special really but there was something about it that made it a classic

In fact i found a "Raid Over Moscow" W.I.P here which isnt to bad either
