Requesting a specific HUD part from Alien Breed 3D
I am looking for THIS specific part of the Alien Breed 3D HUD: (look at page 28 of The One Amiga #78) http://amr.abime.net/amr_search.php?...=0&action=Find Edit: @DDNI: that ok, or shall I remove the link completely?
The one below the game window with it's Giger-inspired borders. I need a sprite rip of the one with the small orange human in it. Of course you would earn my eternal gratitude for this A verrrrry high res scan of the very page this sprite is shown in the magazine might also suffice Last edited by dex; 05 February 2011 at 21:04. |

Ah I see, sorry, DDNI I just changed it, just take a look if it's ok now. Looks like there is only a slim chance to find this, anyway. And yes, this was not in the final game alexh. There might be an alpha or beta or demo of the game with that HUD around.

This Amiga Format demo was the first one they released - I think. Those early HUD graphics had been replaced by this point. |

Maybe i use this border on my rework of AB3D on ZDoom source port.
Only shotgun, blaster and granade launcher pickups are missing, textures and sprites from source code and QBreed. Ach, and missing... robot from map 8, flamethrowers and door keycard lights, all is 3D objects. |

I would SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO love to see a more polished version of Alien Breed 3D providing it can run OK on my A1200 with ACA1230/26.
Good luck with your respective projects! |

BTW this demo was also released on coverdisks by German magazin called "Amiga Magazin". Pictures attached.
I'm also interested to see an improved version of AB3D on our miggy. |
