AmigaKit
Order Successfully Placed
Thank you for your order

I read some reviews that it took nearly 7 days to process some orders, that isn't so cool! It should be processed if it's ordered before 4pm if it's in stock.

@Neil79

From Order to Arrival I find is about three days max. When I bought my Indivision ECS it arrived the next day!

Delays are only normally if you order a custom built item like a specified cable length, etc. Off the shelf stuff in my experience is normally shipped same or next day

Still waiting for my cable..

It was apparently Shipped and Delivered, at least going by the FAQ Delivered simply means it's been sent. I've waited and waited and still no delivery, yet it was ordered Wednesday. I'll not be ordering from Amigakit again if it doesn't arrive by the end of the day.

Most companies if you order before 4pm, it will arrive the next day!

Once an item is posted you're at the mercy of royal mail, did you pay for next day guaranteed delivery?

Its not even been 48 hours and you didn't even pay next day!!!!! You should be grateful we still have an active AMIGA store after all these years, not threatning to boy cot them because it didnt come next day. Amigakit is a team of about 2 or 3, its not thousands like your amazons etc

Wow way to jump the gun!

There was no other choice of delivery, it just showed the picture of a van(courier) and weight, I wanted tracking and first class. I assumed such a high class company would send Items first class, considering the delivery cost. Delivery Service Ship to GB : 0.30 KG is all it showed. Oh and I was sent an Amiga 1200 it was sent and arrived next day, I send stuff first class all the time and it arrives next day. I waited in all day for a parcel that did not arrive, yet was ordered Wednesday, should've shipped first class thursday. I've only got tomorrow left, then it's bank holiday monday.

I've read the reviews and it seems Slow Delivery is a common place!

That might be a problem there..
Many of us love Amigakit, but I think many of us are working class type people, not as much high class..
We (at least I) think of Amigakit as a great working class company...
So the method they choose to ship makes sense to me...

Remember, this is a hobby involving retro computers.
Patience is a virtue and will increase your enjoyment of all things Amiga... ;-)

Have a good one..

First Class isn't guaranteed next day, it's delivery aim is next day including Saturday's so if it didn't come today hopefully you'll get it tomorrow

I think they aim to delivery 93% of first class mail next day so unfortunately you must be one of the 7% who didn't get their post..

Guaranteed next day is 'Special' delivery, it costs about £5 more so often not economical on smaller items.

Currently using the bog standard RF cable from the A500 and urg looks awful tv quality wise, oh and none of the WHDLOAD games are working due to a problem accessing ShadowRam or something. Can't wait till my 128MB accelerator arrives and the High Quality RGB Scart lead

Floppy games work fine of cause

Looks good

Remember to use the Boot menu/Run List (by holding right mouse during booting) and load the Games from AGLaunch. Quite a few of the smaller 1 & 2 Disk Games should work

Yeh that's what I did for as many games as I could, just came up with an error

It said the same thing about " ShadowRam "

Tried Swiv e.t.c
