Forgotten Worlds - publisher question

Yes guys, something wonderful has happened:
Another (much more beautiful) box of Forgotten Worlds has now surfaced!
This release does not show the U. S. Gold logo at all!

I assume it's a true US retail version to me. (probably NTSC only?)
Can anyone of you guys tell me more about the box currently in HOL?
http://hol.abime.net/607/boxscan

Looks a bit budget to me.

Thanks! Now I wonder whether the version pictured in HOL was also shipped in the U. S. Otherwise I'd suggest to change the data to Capcom - USA & U. S. Gold - Rest of the World.

The boxscans in HOL are for the original U.S. Gold release worldwide, except for the U.S. where Capcom published the game. A similar thing occurred with a bunch of other Capcom coin-op conversions including Side Arms, Street Fighter, Tiger Road, Bionic Commando etc. etc. (see here). So yes, the publisher field i nthe Forgotten Worlds entry should read Capcom - USA & U. S. Gold - Rest of the World.
