Yes, but you must kill a PAL N64 to do it...need to be a cannibal & steal it's chips

p.s. I just bought a Passport as I couldn't justify/afford buying another N64 from overseas just to chop it up. It works quite well.

Yes but it involves piggybacking the lock-out chip (Details), a pass through cartridge is the way to go.

Looks like nobody mentioned eviltim's RGB DAC, apparently it is the best way to get RGB from a PAL N64 and should be much cheaper than the Wolfsoft/DoubleYou mod.

yes, but you need to have the skills to built one.... I really consider the wolfsoft mod...
