Backbone help

Hello,
My name is Dan and I am having some trouble getting backbone going on my Amiga 3000 3.1. I recently (yesterday) did a fresh wipe and install of 3.1 on my system because I wanted to be sure I didn't have some add on that was messing things up.

For the purposes of installation I was following the wonderful tutorial put together by Cammy on this site.

1) installed the backbone_full archive
2) installed (copied over) the backbone_UPD archive
3) copied the backbone key file into the directory.
4) run backbone and create a new project
5) clicked on screen setup and entered in all the data as she indicated.
6) saved the game and......

*** here is where the problem is ***

7) I click "Image editor" and boom it throws me back to workbench with a pop up message saying system request (or something like that) and in the window is like 1 or 2 symbols (not from the English alphabet anyway) and thats it. The program was quit out and nothing functions.

Has anyone run into this? or does anyone have ideas what might be going wrong?

Snoopdos may help here if it's a load failure of some kind?

I got a PM from him. The problem was that he used an NTSC Amiga. Booting into PAL mode solved the problem with the image editor.
