Keep up the good work man!

The tunes are good, you're right. I was looking for such things (the Sega tunes are not that good). The format is small and that's cool but I doubt I can get a SPC replayer in Java (I'd have to write my own, ouch!). But I can still convert some tunes to MP3.

BTW level 1 tune I have included is one that came directly from John Foxx (through late Richard Joseph), and it's better. There are other unreleased tunes (JOTD level 2)

And BTW you stumbled on the "world end = level end" bug reported by MadWasp so wait till I fix it and you can play level 2 even more. Look out for secret stuff. There are plenty of them!

it should work with a joystick. Make sure you plug the joystick (usb) BEFORE starting the game.

About Cruise, no prob, I'm still working on it since there are some other problems.

And BTW if you want to translate Gods into spanish, no problem

If you have a joystick that can assign buttons to keyboard keys that should work for certain, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Well I got my gamepad today (Saitek Cyborg Rumble Pad Game Pad) and Gods doesn't seem to recognise it, shouldn't be an issue because I can configure it to assign buttons to keys but most games have worked fine without hassle.

@MadWasp: Agreed, i'd like to see more bitmap brothers games get ported...They were supposedly working on a port for Z until Speedball 2: Tournament was announced, I hope they don't give up on that or at least give the project to someone else.

You're right, joystick was not working. A DLL was missing (damn, the delivery is difficult!). Now I have fixed it. v0.3b is on the website, with some small fixes:

- fixed: classic level 2 candle platform was no longer hidden at start: blocked the way
- fixed: "thief can help" advice (classic level 2) had been hidden for test purposes. Sorry.
- fixed: joystick support (kept working and not working depending on the releases: now really fixed)
- improved: hungarian locale

and BTW the joystick works in that release and further releases. Sorry for the multiple problems between 0.1 and 0.3b

JOTD:

Your levels are cooler & harder than originals. Treasures are well hidden. Interesting looking for secrets and solve tricky puzzles.

Expert players like "nightmare mod"

P.s:A little more food bonus would be good sometimes

thanks. It's of course intended to be more challenging. But not impossible. I'll remember to add some more energy bonuses, ok.
