Rodland WHDload - Corrupted graphics?

Hi there I'm having problems with Rodland and corrupted graphics, the first 2 levels seem ok then it gets all glitchy for some reason.

Any suggestions? I'm running it on my Amiga 1200 with 8mb ram expansion. All other games seem ok.

Which version are you running? Are you using WHD or floppies?

If using WHD then you can try v1.4 below - it looked okay on mine but I'm at work and can't try it on a 'real' Amiga until I get home:

Hi I'm using it on WHDload. I have version 16.4. I have no way of changing it. Guess I'll need a transfer kit?

Or move your hard-drive from your Amiga to your PC and mount it in WinUAE. It's not that hard. For one game I probably wouldn't bother (depends how much you really want to play it) but if you were transferring a ton across then it's worth it.

Sounds more like SMC or something similar to me. I may have a look at updating the patch (if needed) later.

Ok I'll try that, didn't think of doing that. I'm also using an unregistered version of WHDload. I bought it on eBay, came preloaded with pretty much every game out there. It was registered when I got it.

But I've removed the key and intend buying one so it's registered properly! I suppose I can just copy the key over using WinUae whilst looking at the Rodland problem!

I think I'll find out soon enough. Rodland has some checksum checks if memory serves me right but I can't remember what happens if these aren't (correctly) disabled. So my bet for now is still SMC.

I had a look now and I found quite a few checksum checks, none of these have been disabled in the WHDLoad patch, I'll see about updating it.
