Lure of the Temptress - game issue

ok when i play lure of the temptress and save game them go back to game asks for disk b so i put disk b on dfo uae drive but still asks for it i tried diffrent ones disk disk c same issue any ideas

Hi dazman79,

I doubt this is a WinUAE issue so moved to the support.Games section and also thread renamed to something less generic...

You haven't provided that much details though i.e:

a) Which disks are you using?
b) What configuration is set?
c) How many drives have you enabled?

I'd suggest using the Flastro set:

Just beware, version dated 1992-06-17 is bugged.

I don't think v2 dated 1992-08-06 ever got a proper crack though.

a600 68000
2mb chip ram

c) How many drives have you enabled?
all 4 uae drives

I've tested the Flashtro set and no issue saving / continuing the game

OMG I played this back when I had an A600 and this has bugged me for years! I replayed it a few times to try and get past this point, so many hours wasted.

I played the German WHDLoad version (V1.4) a while ago, and there was a bug as well (maybe the same bug like the English version?)

I saved the game after I left the dragon's cave, but then it would always crash after a specific time when I load back the saved game. (I think it is time related, always the same time, and not related to the actions I do?!)

I hope the issue is not within the save game file, but within the bugged game?

I will try to simply load my save game from the German WHDLoad version into the V2 English WHDLoad one, but I doubt it will work.

Does anyone have any other ideas?
