I know there are some people around who have been working with UAE-X succesfully, but I don't seem to be able to get 9/10 games a-working.

I did download the config files someone linked to earlier on, but nothing much has changed.

How do you people get it all working? Do you use altered config files for the games you want to play, or am I really missing something crucial?

In case you're refering to Richard's version by 'UAE-X', yes, you must be missing something, because basically every single game I'm trying with it is running fine. It would probably help if you'd just name some problems you have, or even post your config file...

I'm sorry I wasn't too clear (and I hate that when others do it).

Anyway, I was talking about the xbox version of the Amiga emulator, but I will have a look at the link you posted. Typical problems I have is:
- games not loading (Skulls & Crossbones, Pinball Fantasies, ...)
- games crashing (Ruff 'N' Tumble, Bubble Bobble, ...)

Rick Dangerous works a treat though

yeah, its hard to get some games running.
you have to get the right config files and tweak them a bit,
look in the usual places, there is a config pack for uae-x.
